Terms of Service

1. Parties and Definitions

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is concluded between [TalkSky] ("Application", "Platform", "We") and you, the valued "User" who uses the Application. The term "Service" in this text refers to all friendship, language practice, messaging, and social interaction features offered through the Application.

2. Acceptance of the Agreement

By registering for our Application, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Application. Checking the "I accept the Terms of Service" box on the registration form means that you are legally bound by this agreement.

3. User Obligations and Code of Conduct

• You undertake that the information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are solely responsible for your account security (password, etc.). You will be held responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
• You may not use the Platform for illegal, immoral, harassing, threatening, hate speech, obscene, or discriminatory purposes.
• You may not collect, share, or misuse other users' personal information (contact details, address, etc.) without their consent.
• Spam, chain mail, advertising, or any commercial activity is strictly prohibited.
• You may not impersonate another person or entity or create fake profiles.
• You may not upload viruses, worms, or malicious code that could damage the Application's infrastructure.
• Use of the platform by individuals under the age of 18 is prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are over 18 years old.

4. Content Responsibility

The user who shares the content is responsible for all content shared by users (messages, profile information, photos, etc.). While [Your App Name] is not obligated to actively monitor user content, it reserves the right to remove, edit, or delete content it deems contrary to this Agreement without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The design, logo, software codes, and brand of the Application belong to [Your App Name] and cannot be used without permission. The intellectual property rights of the content you share belong to you. However, by sharing content, you grant [TalkSky] a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute this content for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Termination of Service and Cancellation of Membership

[TalkSky] reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a user's account without prior notice in case of violation of any article of this Agreement. Users can delete their accounts at any time from the settings section within the application.

7. Limitation of Liability

[TalkSky] cannot be held responsible for interactions between users or for any damage that may arise as a result of these interactions. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. All risks arising from the use of the Application belong to the user.

8. Changes to the Agreement

[TalkSky] reserves the right to unilaterally change this Agreement at any time. The changes become effective from the moment they are published on this page. By continuing to use the Application, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly.

9. Applicable Law and Competent Court

The laws of the Republic of Turkey are valid in the interpretation and application of this Agreement.
